We’re Sutherland and we are hiring full-time, work-from-home Client Service Reps to provide next-level care for customers of one of our leading customers, a major company innovating the automotive industry for dealers, buyers and sellers alike. The individuals we seek will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers calling in with questions related to hardware and software. You will verify proper installation and configuration of software; answer questions and provide training related to the proper use of systems and applications.
