Dyspatch is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our leadership team! Reporting to the CEO, our Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for building strategy and running our inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, including content marketing, paid acquisition, & growth testing. Working cross functionally with our Product and Sales teams, they’ll produce campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive quality leads. Our Growth Marketing Manager will also manage a member of our design team.

The ideal candidate is startup minded, enthusiastic for new challenges, and wants to build a playbook vs follow one. They make data-driven decisions to ensure the success of their initiatives farther in the sales funnel and are motivated by performance based targets. If that sounds like you, we want to talk!

About Dyspatch

Dyspatch is an email production platform that allows teams to streamline their entire email creation process and empower their email team to easily build emails with a library of pre-tested, on brand email blocks without needing to code. Our portfolio also includes Sendwithus, a transactional email template management platform ideal for SMBs.

Starting Salary: $130,000 - 160,000 OTE*Placement in this salary range will be commensurate with skills and experience.

This role is open to candidates who currently have valid Canadian work authorization (a SIN) and reside in Canada. Our team is remote first and has core meeting hours of 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Pacific Time. We ask that you are available during that time frame — both for meetings and for connection.

In The First 3 Months, You’ll…

  • Take ownership of inbound and outbound strategy
  • Support our Vice President of Sales in outbound GTM activities
  • Build a strategy for future content marketing activities, including blogs and webinars
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales to scale our marketing efforts across inbound lead gen and strategic outbound
  • Leverage our tools like Hubspot and Google Analytics to understand where we’re winning and where we need improvement
  • Dig into our CRM (Hubspot) to understand lead sources, automations, and what lead nurturing looks like today

In The First 12 Months, You’ll…

  • Optimize our CRM to support our team
  • Take an active role in shaping our overall GTM strategy
  • Build out a content calendar and strategy with input from the leadership team
  • Plan out marketing dashboards and targets for subsequent quarters based on company targets
  • Build vertical specific marketing plans, including cross channel promotions
  • Take on people management for 1 direct report, and help build the plan for scaling the team
