Summary: Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing superior support to business owners and managers for efficient and organized business operations.

Employment Responsibilities:

Answering Phones

Emails/Correspondence to professionals

Scheduling business meetings/lunches

Daily mail check/organizing

Daily Assisting for all necessities for prime office operations

Quickbooks

Calendar

Billing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $10.00 to $15.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
