Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced sales and service individual, to undertake all aspects of sales and service in the laboratory cannabis industry, including geographical sales, corporate account relationships and the development and implementation of a customer relationship management system.

We are a rapidly growing company focused on national expansion in the regulated industry of medical cannabis testing. Each location is accredited to the international standard ISO 17025. We offer a full panel of compliance tests using updated equipment in each of the states we operate.   • Present, promote and sell products/services with and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Consulting grower/processors to assist in compliance
  • Weekly cold calling to drive appointments
  • Track key accounts, sales interactions and test results for your clients
  • Negotiate Short -term and long-term contracts with clients
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends


  • 3 + years of proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Excellent client-facing communications - written & verbal
  • Ability to think creatively about ways to solve customer challenges to increase client’s level of satisfaction
  • Ability to manage time and tasks proactively, including electronic communications and calendars
  • Schedule flexibility to accommodate employees and customers
  • Willingness to travel
  • The ability to embrace the Act Laboratory attitude and culture in this young and exciting industry
  • Additional duties as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
