Liberty Healthcare is opening a new 24-bed intermediate care facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This facility will provide specialized residential treatment services for children and adolescents who have an intellectual disability and significant behavioral support needs or a co-occurring mental illness.
To provide vital care and support to clients of this new facility, Liberty is now hiring CNAs for numerous newly-created, full-time, entry-level “Habilitation Specialist” positions on all shifts. Habilitation Specialists serve as integral members of the program’s staff and are responsible for the following:

Habilitation Specialists are paid $14.64 per hour (approximately $30,450 annually). A shift differential and additional 37 cents per hour is paid for hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Additional compensation will include quarterly bonuses of $250, throughout the first year of employment.
All full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. Liberty’s employees accrue 240 hours (30 days) of paid time off annually for holidays, vacation, personal and sick leave.
