We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Marketing Assistant to join our West Loop office. Successful candidates will have excellent marketing & computer skills and must be results oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Creating Brochures, Email Blasts, Flyers, Booklets and other Marketing Templates For Promotional Purposes* Creating, editing, and managing property listings across multiple platforms* Ensuring that all databases and company website are quickly updated with accuracy and no spelling errors* Managing scheduling/coordination of showings, meetings, inspections, and signage* Other office and marketing related projects / duties* Upload / update website with relevant information
* Market listings via social media and all relevant real estate listing websites* Collaborate with team to increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing materials* Responsible for achieving monthly/yearly marketing requirements set forth by Miller Chicago* Attend networking events* Additional Admin work as needed
