WHO YOU ARE: You have a valid and good standing California Real Estate License. You are organized and you listen closely to client's feelings and feedback.
JOB DESCRIPTION: As the buyer's showing assistant, you’ll show property to our exclusive buyers looking to purchase, lease or inspect property. You are great at taking feedback, understanding that feedback makes you stretch and grow and get better & better at what you do.
SKILLS NEEDED: You are confident, patient and have excellent people skills. Quick to reply via text, phone and email as a foundation for good communication. Additionally, you are familiar with CAR forms, access to a local MLS and know how to use Docusign (or an equivalent electronic signature program). Experience lead generating on the phone, door knocking and open houses is a bonus to this work, so as to understanding how buyers start their journey to decide on working with an agent.
ATTITUDE NEEDED: You believe no task is too small, and white glove service is always key. You have an upbeat personality and you love helping other discover their personalized vision.
PART-TIME: The work mostly takes place on the weekends, with occasional evenings on weekdays. Hours vary week to week depending on buyer's schedule.
