Location Profile: The Noranco Deer Valley and Jet Processing facilities were recently acquired by PCC and provide high precision machined and fabricated components to the commercial and aerospace industry along with anodizing, passivation and other surface treatments. Aircraft platforms currently include the Boeing 737, Airbus A380, Lockheed Martin F-35 and Gulfstream E650. Combined annual sales revenue is in excess of $40 million and growing. Position Summary: Driver: Level One: Level one truck drivers are expected to follow and execute predetermined routes to move material between facility buildings and local suppliers. While a class A license is not required for level one drivers, a clean driving record is required of all drivers. Level one drivers will demonstrate an ability to perform a daily vehicle inspection, read shippers and verify that their load is aligned with the records in hand. They must also be able to operate a forklift and have the ability to safely load and unload material onto their truck as well as perform a thorough visual inspection verifying that there is no identifiable part defects or damage. Typically 1-2 years of experience. Shipping / Receiving Clerk: will be responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Duties included assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping merchandise or material; receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: + Receives, stores, removes, loads and unloads all types of materials from storage bins, pallets, trays, racks, and vehicles that can't be handled by material handling devices. + Executes MRP transactions: receiving, transfers, issue, shipping, returns, etc. + Maintain inventory records and transactions (manually and electronically/MRP Driven). + Operates manual or mechanical devices (i.e.: fork-truck) and stocks inventory shelves. + Reads production schedule, work order, pick tickets (kitting), or follows oral instructions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed/replenished. + Prepares periodic inventory or maintains perpetual inventory of tooling and equipment, manually or using computer/MRP system. + Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, pallets, or other containers. + Moves materials and supplies from warehouse and prepares for delivery (internally or externally). + Fulfills requisition, work orders, or request for materials from various departments. + Records material items received or distributed. + Maintain vehicle and equipment in good working order and complete required vehicle log records. + Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicle to Supervisor. + Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping paper work. + Organize and load product for delivery utilizing the manifest assuring the most efficient delivery route and schedule. + Load and unload truck in a safe manner. + Gather appropriate paperwork for deliveries. + Obey all traffic laws. + Deliver product as per customer requirements (i.e. 2nd Floor, Receiving or Reception etc.) obtaining signatures and completing all required paperwork. + Accept returns from customer, completing appropriate paperwork and return to plant. + Place product in return area with appropriate documentation **Requisition ID:** N00570
