Fantastic opportunity to work as an Administratorwithin the Bid and Proposal team. You will be working for this international client supporting a team of 3.

  • Educated to A level or equivalent standard (Technical/Engineering, English) and/or NVQ 3
  • Must have proven and well-developed experience within an office environment, in a bid, proposals or administrative role
  • Industry knowledge of Oil & Gas or Renewables is advantageous

The role:

To effectively provide administration support to the Bid & Proposal Team when completing questionnaires, pre-qualifications, tenders and commercial proposals for current and potential customers.


  • Completing customer questionnaires and compliance documents
  • Maintaining central register of all tenders being submitted and outcomes of these
  • Assisting in the preparation for, proposals, coordinating inputs from multi-disciplinary departments
  • Creation of presentations
  • Assisting project teams with document amendments / updates, ensuring brand guide is followed
  • Ensuring supplier portal information is current
  • Complying with GDPR policies and company code of conduct
  • Provision of general administration / secretarial support for Business Development, Proposals and project teams
  • Generation of proposal numbers on Salesforce and subsequent setup of proposal folder, MailManager etc.
  • Manage and maintain the currency of personnel CV's for inclusion in pre- qualifications and proposals.
  • Case studies and project data sheets - creation and revision
  • Maintain experience list
  • Work within Salesforce, ensuring database details up to date, for use as a BD tool for mailshots
  • Organise national and international travel arrangements for personnel
  • Internal meeting organisation
  • Manage and maintain the currency of internal organisation charts
  • Process SPR project team expenses
  • MS Word software support to engineers
  • Interaction with other offices
  • Ad Hoc tasks as required
