Our client, a Main Contractor, based in Chichester focusing on high-end, D&B projects are seeking a Project Manager to join them due to continued growth. The Project Manager will be working on high-end projects across West Sussex and Hampshire ranging from £1 million to £6 million in value.

They have a project starting soon based just outside Chichester with a value of around £4 million. This scheme is a D&B, High-end residential scheme which is a one off bespoke build. The Project Manager will be number one onsite responsible for all aspects of the project including managing the client, their expectations and the programing of the project.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience working as a Project Manager / Senior Site Manager on high-end projects. The Project Manager will also need all relevant certificates (SMSTS / CSCS) along with a full driving licence. Being professional and presentable is a must on this project, along with D&B experience.

Construction Project Manager Position Requirements

• Prior experience working on high-end residential projects
• Must be professional and presentable
• Hold all relevant and valid certificates SMSTS / CSCS etc.
• Confident of managing a high-end site and client
• Full driving licence
• Based within 1 hour of Chichester
• Permanent position (2 year fixed-term contract could be discussed)
• Strong IT skills (emails, Microsoft office etc.)

Construction Project Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary: £55k - £65k DOE (Possibly more for a strong candidate)
• Company vehicle OR car allowance can be discussed
• 21 days plus BH
