Job Title: Customer Care Administrator

Location: Ipswich with some flexible working from home

Hours: 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

About the role of Customer Care Administrator

Working for a financial services business you will work closely with the customer care team leader and all internal departments to improve the overall servicing of customers.

Responsibilities for the role of Customer Care Administrator

  • Assist with the resolution of complaints
  • Analyse trends, identify areas where changes to processes and procedure, policy or training could minimise complaints
  • Assist with the creation of an environment of continuous improvement
  • Complete daily tasks within the team and organise and prioritise your workload to meet the required deadlines
  • Assist the customer car team leader in the development and maintenance of industry leading service standards
  • Assist with complaint reporting
  • Identify areas where system changes can enhance the effectiveness of the servicing teams
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and procedures to align with current regulation with TCF and customer outcomes as a primary concern
  • Act as a role model in managing risk and compliance focused culture across the team

Experience required for the position of Customer Care Administrator

  • Administration, customer services or complaints Customer Services gained within an office environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of mortgage loan documentation would be a massive advantage, but not essential
  • Approachable and open to change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels
  • Ability to organise and prioritise your workload
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback in a positive manner
