HR Advisor

Reed HR are working with a Charity based in Central London who are seeking a HR Advisor with a strong background in employee relations. This role offers the chance to contribute to the growth and development of the organisation and will be responsible for a variety of HR issues, including HR policies and employment law, and all aspects of the employee lifecycle
Day to Day of the role:
- Provide HR support to colleagues and managers across the organisation on all aspects of the employee life cycle.
- Offer advice on the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Respond to queries and provide pragmatic advice to resolve employee relations issues, including probation, attendance, performance management, and leaver processes.
- Act as a HR business partner, implementing processes for regular HR input and guidance.
- Provide support on Employee Relations casework including Disciplinaries, grievances and investigations
- Draft occupational health reports and support HR team with project work.
- Oversee the HR operations inbox and coach HR Administrators when necessary.
- Support the Head of HR and HR Manager with reporting and data analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience supporting managers with first-level employee relations cases.
- Advising managers and staff about HR policies and processes.
- Knowledge of HR best practice and workplace trends.
- Working knowledge of employment law.
