Your World Healthcare is a leading specialist healthcare recruitment agency, placing a range of healthcare professionals including Non-Clinical and Clinical positions.

Medical Secretary - must have audio typing and minute taking experience

Location: Petherton, Bristol

Temporary: Expected to be on going

Hours per week: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm

Salary: £9.77ph - £11ph depending on experience

• Excellent telephone manner
• Good admin skills
• Good communication skills

General duties:

• Respond to incoming calls to the department, directing them appropriately and accordingly ensuring messages are recorded accurately and passed on in a timely manner.
• Minutes and audio typing
• Provide a comprehensive clerical support to all professionals based in the department in line with administrative procedures
• Data Entry
• Use of Microsoft Excel
• Experience using RIO software is desirable, successful candidates will complete RIO training
