As an Early Years Practitioner, you will have direct contact with children ranging from 1 years to 4 years and should have a good knowledge of early years development. Part of your role as an Early Years Practitioner will include working directly with families, providing them with support and access to additional parenting and childcare services and support.

Role:

Reed is looking for fulltime Early Years Practitioners across Croydon. The Main role will include:

• Encouraging children’s development through play and teaching
• Creating a secure environment using imagination to help children learn
• Working with parents to support their children
• Monitoring progress and planning educational activities and games
• Have knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Have good knowledge of the 7 areas of development
