An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Spike Island team as Operations and Services Manager. We are looking for someone with excellent operations and customer service experience to take on a key management role at the heart of the Spike Island community.Spike Island provides a home to a community of over 70 artists, designers, makers as well as artist-led organisations and creative businesses. This role will be responsible for the smooth running of our busy building, including operations, services and contractual relationships. You will work closely and supportively with our internal community of tenants and building users while also ensuring that our audiences and other members of the public who visit our building have the best possible experience.Diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental to Spike Island and we are committed to ensuring equality of opportunity in recruitment and employment. You will bring enthusiasm for Spike Island's work and be a strong communicator and negotiator with excellent customer service skills.This is a varied role which is normally based on-site.
