Description
- Deal with Customer Queries by telephone and email
- Play a key role in a busy contact centre dealing with queries and complaints
- Develop and implement case management plans.
- Assess client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor and track client progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Produce regular reports on client progress and financial status.
Profile
A successful Personal Case Manager should have:
