Starting in September, Miss Sohee is looking for a full-time recruit to work closely with the PR & Communications Manager, during which the successful applicant will undertake a wide range of duties across the PR & Communications department.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the press manager in handling and facilitating editorial and VIP sample requests.Responsible for coverage tracking, PR & Marketing requests. Responsible for ensuring all samples are booked out accordingly for shoots, internal projects and VIP placements.Coordinate all international shipments of samples (including completing proformas/shipping documents) and monitoring/tracking shipping movements.Showroom appointment calendar and preparing rooms for press and external meetings. Assisting in the organisation of press days, collection previews, showroom appointments and events.Support team with general administrative duties when required.
