We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join our HelloFresh UK procurement team on a 9-12 month fixed term contract. As aProcurement Manager you will own the management of all costs, service levels, quality of goods sold and procurement/buying activities for the Grocery Category, direct ownership of the Spices & Processed category. You will be responsible for delivering an effective strategy, achieving an optimal balance between business needs and providing the best product for our customers.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Responsible for owning the commercial side of our grocery portfolio
• Optimize our grocery supply network and support changes to improve customer experience.
• Lead vendor selection process and supplier negotiations to secure maximum value while taking into consideration TCO (total cost of ownership), service, and quality
• Collaborate with and support the Supply Chain, Quality & Technical, Operations, and Product teams in executing strategic initiatives activities
• Work with Technical and Supply Chain teams to resolve Grocery related problems
• Lead and influence a variety of internal stakeholders within the business ensuring alignment across teams
• Partner with our suppliers on value-creating solutions, ensuring relationship is maintained and further developed to improve the financials for both HelloFresh
• Support the senior management in identifying cost drivers, issue root causes and appropriate improvements/resolutions

Who You Are:

• You can organize, explore, and synthesize unstructured data into actionable insights to better inform operational decision-making.
• You possess strong organizational skills and consistently demonstrate a methodical approach to all your work.
• Work cross functionally with various teams to gather key inputs and be able to work well with diverse opinions.
• Have strong people management experience, be able to lead and motivate a team 
• Have procurement experience, preferably managing a similar category
• Quantitative and analytical experience (either through education or professional experience) including solid comfort in Google suite and or MS Office applications

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London

Work Schedule: Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working & flexible start/finish times (role dependent)
