Repairs Planner/Scheduler Temporary Opportunity via BRC Job Title: Repairs Planner/Scheduler Location: Exeter – Hybrid Working Sector: Social Housing Type: Temporary Contract 3 months + Rate: £15.00+ per hour (PAYE including holiday) Hours: 37 per week Monday – Friday BRC are working with a reputable Housing Association to recruit a temporary repairs scheduler to support their disrepair team in managing surveyors diaries, arranging appointments and managing data & updating records. Job Information:
- As part of a busy repairs team, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to customers in response to their repair requests and managing the repairs teams’ diaries
- Book in appointments via a diary management system for surveyors to carry out inspections and works in a timely manner to tenant’s homes including urgent repairs and minor works
- Maintain and update records on computerised systems, logging information and ensuring data and diaries are up to date and information is accurately logged
- Liaise and work closely with other teams and support with other administration duties as required
- Act as a point of contact for colleagues and team members, giving guidance and signposting appropriately
Job Information:
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- Experience/knowledge of diary management systems
- Customer service experience – Social housing experience (Desirable)
