Central Employment are delighted to be working with a fast growing Digital Marketing and Design agency, as they look to recruit a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager (SEO/PPC/Email).
Main Tasks of the Job:
- Actively prospecting to find our new business sales opportunities and then work with the broader team to convert to customers.
- Responding to inbound enquiries and qualifying through a rigorous process from lead to opportunity stage.
- Actively outreaching to potential new clients and building relationships and creating commercial opportunities.
- Clear understanding of how to qualify opportunities thoroughly and to maintain a complete prospect list and accurate forecast.
- Meeting prospects face to face and developing new sales opportunities for the company.
- The successful candidate will be experienced in B2B sales environments targeting customers with £30k+ projects and have a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Desirable Skills/Knowledge:
- A can-do approach with energy and enthusiasm.
- Confident outgoing approach to sales, with an ability to connect with people either in person or on the telephone and build long-term relationships.
- The ability to manage and nurture a full new business sales cycle
- Working knowledge of CRM Systems.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Highly organised and confident.
- Ability to work to very specific activity-based KPI’s.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience in selling Digital Marketing
- At least 3 years experience in a new business role
- Experience working toward targets and goals
