Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Telesales People Wanted!

Location: London

Salary: £25K basic + Uncapped commission

The Role:

· You will use a variety of channels to find talent - LinkedIn, jobsites, adverts, and networking.

· Understand people and build rapport.

· Conduct initial screening & interview processes for candidates.

· Build long lasting relationships with candidates & clients.

· Understand the needs of your clients.

· Build your network of talents and clients.

· Become an expert in recruitment and your industry.

· Educated to degree level, perfect for a new or recent graduate as all training is provided.

· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

· Energy, passion, and enthusiasm.

· Resilient - someone who will not give up after the first failure.
