Manufacturing Supervisor (Nights)

We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our night shift operations. This role is critical in ensuring the successful completion and adherence to the production and co-manufacturing line within a leading global supplier of ingredients and premix manufacturing solutions for the food, beverage, and nutrition industries.
Day to Day of the role:
- Oversee the production and co-manufacturing line from 6pm to 6am on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern.
- Ensure weekly and daily shift plans are completed efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with internal and customer audit requirements.
- Monitor batch documents throughout each stage to ensure correct completion.
- Keep accurate records and complete all required reports for co-manufacturing administration.
- Participate in planning to meet KPIs and deadlines in the most efficient way, including daily measurement and recording of KPIs.
- Attend and contribute to meetings and projects as required.
- Manage opening and locking of the factory as needed.
- Ensure SOPs and GMP are followed by operatives and provide necessary support and training.
- Control day-to-day activities and provide support to Team Leaders and staff.
- Coordinate with the planning department and other departments to ensure targets are met.
- Lead weekly team meetings for updates and feedback.
- Drive process improvements within the factory.
- Manage timesheets for employees and agency staff.
- Record any deviations electronically and carry out various HR activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven management skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
- Experience in project and change management.
- Familiarity with performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- High level of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and operate in-house computer systems.
