Job Overview:
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. You will assist with Training and HR administration across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training for all staff (on and off site)
- Keep the LMS system up to date and maintain training diaries/schedules
- Coordinate and schedule employee on boarding and orientation activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and training records
- Process employee documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters
- Coordinate and assist with employee training and development programs
- Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Qualifications:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
