- You will be able to demonstrate leading m digital marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and growth
- Directing online channel activities including email marketing, SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, and partnerships to drive traffic, lead generation, and revenue.
- Agility and flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances
- Managing Google platform tools for site and campaign performance
- Developing automation strategies and generating leads through various web interactions.
- The ability to deliver training to other team members on digital activities
- Budgeting skills to manage resources effectively

- Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics
- Maintenance of website and app
- Monitoring and analysis of the relevant marketing performance indicators, preparation of reports and derivation of measures
- Identification of trending topics and development of new marketing strategies to increase the reach
- Cooperation with external service providers
- Champion CRM (HubSpot) for the marketing function, work closely with the marketing automation teams to ensure we are consistently improving and remaining efficient.
- Demonstrate line management experience, including regular 1:1s, support, KPI setting, and performance management.
Skills
Professional experience in digital/online marketing via the common organic and paid channels as well as knowledge of website tracking tools, search engine, social media and email marketing, B2B area
Very good understanding of the strategic planning, development and implementation of go-to-market campaigns, ideally beyond the online sector
Technical enthusiasm as an ideal basis for communication with our target group
