I am exclusively working with a client in Whiteley, Hampshire who is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support their Senior Management team with a critical data migration project. This role is essential in managing our HRIS systems and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. This contract position is initially for 3 months, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.
**Due to my client's location, you will require access to a car for this role**
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Management team during the data migration project.
- Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all HR and company data.
- Assist with the transition and implementation of new HR processes and systems.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth migration experience.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the migration process.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR administration, particularly with HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of data migration processes and best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
