About the Role:
- You will provide individualised support to a pupil with SEND, helping them reach their full potential.
- You will work collaboratively with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons within a KS2 classroom.
- You will contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Has previous experience working with SEND children.
- Is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possesses a positive and patient approach.
- Is adaptable, resourceful and a team player.
