The successful applicant for the Financial Adviser role will enjoy a great package with the following benefits: -
- Circa £50,000 - £78,000 basic
- In your first year, conservatively you should earn about £26,000 on top of your basic (but this is open ended and could be more - you will get out of this what you put in)
- In your second year you should be earning £146,000
- In your third year you should earning £200,000 per year.
My client based in Maidstone Kent is looking for Financial Adviser This is a real forward thinking, fast paced company that put the clients front and centre - which is great! The overall earnings here are really good, with a solid client bank.
A Financial Advisers responsibilities include:
- Providing financial planning, insurance, and investment services to clients
- Winning new business yearly
- Ensuring client records are maintained and kept current
- Cultivating and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients by tracking their successes and keeping them informed about any changes that may affect their finances.
The successful candidate must have:
- Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA®)
- Level 6 Diploma in Financial Advice (Adv DipFA®) or working towards
- Current or recent held Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
- Current or recent held Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
- Experience as a Financial Adviser within the financial services industry
- Knowledge and experience of having provided investment, protection, pension solutions and Estate Planning
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Driving licence and ability to travel.
Office
- Very modern office, with its own café and secure parking
- In the office you will have 3 self-employed and 3 employed financial advisers, 4 admin staff (who do the research) and a trainee para planner (all the reports are templated and advisers would not need to spend more than an hour max per report)
- If less experienced and/or and early on in the role, you will probably in the office every 4 days
- When up and running you will probably in the office 2 days per week.
Career Progression: - In 2-3 years, my clients will be looking for someone additionally to join the board (from within).
