Our client is looking for a Digital and eCommerce Manager to join their business. You will be responsible for delivering the revenue and profitability goals for the website as well as coordinating the delivery of a best-in-class consumer experience that educates & drives purchase intent.

Description
- Own the yearly strategy for the website on how both revenue and data sign-up targets will be met
- Ensure the content aligns to the brand and promotional calendars
- Work with Business Units on developing exclusive promotional activities to drive revenue and profitability
- Establish .com as the preferred shopping destination for all products groups
- Develop the "best-in-class" CX journeys
- Day to day management of creative agencies to execute eCommerce and digital marketing campaigns and analyse assets performance
- Develop functional capabilities around test, learn and iterations to accelerate category growth and best practice
- Own the processes to improve the running of the team as well as the businesses understanding of performance
- Analysis of historical data, PSI and market trends on a weekly basis to generate the weekly/monthly forecast
- Develop realistic and accurate forecast & delivery plan to input into forecasting systems
- P&L Management include COI analysis
- Responsible for delivering user friendly content that drives business outcomes
- Make sure things happen on time, and communicate status to key stakeholders
- Develop communications for all digital touch points focusing on lower funnel, closing deals and short cut to conversion in collaboration with the wider team and agency partners
- Monitor periodical performance measures and supplier/customer non-conformance to enable process improvements in the Supply Chain providing a fact based analysis with corrective action plans
- Create weekly and monthly metrics tracking system to use to make informed business decisions
Profile
As a successful Digital and eCommerce Manager you will need to be:
- Educated to degree level in a related discipline or equivalent experience required
- A natural curiosity and desire to learn
- Be able to influence and guide a team
- Extensive eCommerce experience
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and navigate matrix organisations
- Strong knowledge on financial reporting, cost structure, and sales deduction
- Commercial acumen with an ability to provide commercial & promotional insights to turn into actions
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required
- ROI modelling knowledge is needed
- Experience in communicating and presenting data with an emphasis on the insights the data delivers
- Proven problem solving skills with the ability to balance conflicting interest
Job Offer
The Digital and eCommerce Manager package overview:
- Salary range from £50,000 to £60,000
