Rent & Service Charge Officer| £25,000 - £31,000| Permanent| Birmingham| Social Housing:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with an Housing Association in the Birmingham area who are looking to recruit an Rent & Service Charge Officer to their busy team. The role is offered on an permanent basis and offers hybrid working arrangements
Duties:
- To liaise with budget holders and stakeholders regarding rent and service charge income and expenditure
- To assist in the production of monthly reports, including variance analysis and forecasts
- To assist with service charges and setting of rent, and producing rent and service charge statements
- Ensure that all financial procedures and guidance are adhered to
Experience:
- Housing/Property experience is highly desirable, wider Public Sector will also be considered
- Strong excel skills and able to manipulate large data sets
- Strong communication skills and able to communicate with external customers
